The news that Dulquer is appearing in a cameo role in Mithuin Manuel`s "Ann Maria Kalippilaanu" was received with great excitement by his fans. He appeared in the film`s trailer without revealing his face. The man behind the guest appearance is none other than Sunny Wayne. Their friendship got blossomed when they were debutants in the movie Second Show and they cherish it wholeheartedly. When he speaks about this rare friendship with Dulquer he gets overwhelmed with emotions.
Sunny describes Dulquer as an angel in his life. He terms it a rare breed of friendship which cannot be described by a mere word friend` and clarifies that he never misused it. When he spoke about the film,Dulquer liked it very much and he gave it full support. The nod is the reflection of his sincerity. Our camaraderie has come out well in the film too. This film is a good example of genuine friendship.During the Ann Maria Kalippilaanu, I told him sometimes I may not have money in my purse, but one thing is sure, your photo will be there. Dulquer is a great human being, full of compassion; I like that in him. Our bonding is so strong which enables us to share anything.
This is the third film which we are coming together. Dulquer is so down to earth and simple. While shooting for Second Show, within few days we became intimate friends. It went to the extent, that while acting the death scene of my character Karadi in that movie, Dulquer was so involved that he was not acting but in fact crying genuinely. The actor also recounts the good moments they shared during the free time of the shooting. They roamed a lot in the streets of Kozhikode without the halo of stardom, devouring salted gooseberry and drinking sulaimani. Rest of the memories, he likes to keep in his mind`s treasure trove.
